Hiatus Done.

Once again, I am forced to admit my lameness in failing to post.  Every time we go somewhere or eat something moderately delicious (or horrible as was the case a few weeks ago), Mike encourages me to write about it.  I usually nod in agreement...and then mumble something about it taking too much time, ignoring the fact that I truly enjoy writing about my experiences.  Well, whoop-dee-doo...good thing I'm hopping on a plane tomorrow for another fantastic island getaway.  Stay tuned.
