Criss Angel Believe in Las Vegas in one word: awful. The only way I would ever sit through another one of his shows is on one condition: He's doesn't show up. If I want to watch the "world-wide phenomenon" on TV I certainly won't go to a LIVE show. Basically he played his YouTube videos as an intro to himself...in case the people paying money to watch his show didn't already know what he's all about. Which I know now is hogwash and, okay, utter crap. The first 20 or so minutes is his little lackey's comedy routine which got old, REALLY fast. Little did we know that would be the most entertaining part of the entire show! Criss Angel is NO comedian. Then we paid for a 7 minute curtains down moment while they tried to figure out one "dangerous" stunt that they ended up pulling anyway due to the risk. Okay, I guess the most entertaining part of the show was actually when some guy in the audience yelled out that he wanted to "get back to the tables". Then he pulls this 15 year old boy onto the stage and Angel's not-very-sexy-or-attractive groupie tries to seduce the poor kid. What a train wreck. Oh, and this doesn't even begin to cover the lamest "magic" tricks. All smoke and mirrors. And why in the world is Cirque du Soleil even a part of this? They cannot be suffering so much as to lay claim to the set and costume design. Wow. I'm thinking "Divas" might have been more entertaining. Believe? Snort. After watching that show I am in utter disbelief that he has seen such success (brainwashed occult following?). Disbelief that I wasted $60ish and 2 hours of my precious time. Advice? Spend that money on the blackjack table, at least you meet (or watch) interesting people and might get a profitable return. Something you certainly don't get to do at Criss Angel Believe!
Pro: A/C and comfy seats to rest weary feet.
Con: Everything else.
