The Beginning...sorta.

Okay, I've added a few posts from a while ago.  I only got the idea to create a blog like this, oh, a few years ago.  Now, I am finally going to do it!  The sad thing is that I have eaten at MANY amazing places in the past few months (and many not-so-fantastic places that are SO worthy of a post, if you catch my drift).  AND I've been to a few heavenly Caribbean islands that I definitely should have written about.  Bummer.  I could always go back to recall these events but there is something about writing in the now.  Oh well.
